Azul Baldwin Park

This place is absolutely awful!!!!! I was one of the first people to move into this building. I had my entire ceiling replaced in my living room due to mold issues. Took them 6 months to finally fix it. I finally had to get a lawyer involved because they were dragging their feet. Not to mention the maintenance man told me during the process. Wow if this was me I wouldn't be happy... Yet he went to the people who lived across from me and told me oh it's not that big a deal. You replaced my whole… ceiling and it's not a big deal?? Oh btw they didn't offer me anywhere else to stay during this process. My toilet was never attached to the wall. The office manager is useless. She must just online shop on her computer all day long because she never ever returns any call, and never has any idea what she's talking about. It's always "oh let me call you back." Never does. The elevators might as well move backwards their so friggen slow!! And btw they stop working every time it rains because there isn't a lightning rod on the building so it gets struck every time there is a storm. 5 story building. No elevator that works! Gets old. Pretty darn fast! Costumer service is HUGE. The only one who has a clue what she is doing is Nicole, and she only works the front desk. I love my apartment! It's brand new and my husband, dog and I are the first to live in it :)
Not only a beautiful neighborhood but also beautiful amenities! There's a 24 hour gym with (obviously) brand new equipment for any type of workout. The amazing pool area, (that is never crowded), has a grill area and gorgeously designed decor, plus it's a salt water pool!
It's one of the safest areas in Central Florida with it's own little "bubble" magazine that informs the community about social events… and fundraisers that bring the people together and raise money for a variety of good causes.
Friendly neighbors, extremely pet friendly with a park literally across the street - who could ask for more?? Read More

I've lived in plenty of apartments through my college career. I've had so many issues with past apartments. However, when I moved to Florida and my boyfriend and I found Azul in charming Baldwin park, I knew we had to move in. From the very start the staff has been amazing. The move in process was so simple and we moved into a brand new, clean apartment. We've lived in Azul since February and have loved every second! Having moved here from a highrise in D/T Orlando, I find this neighborhood quiet, safe and much less hassle getting around town from here. The buildings & windows are extremely energy efficient. Great staff and love the architecture.
