Resident Review
Baldwin Harbor looks great from the outside, but I have experienced many issues since moving in. They constantly need access to your apartment and give extremely vague time frames and information as to why they need to access it, then tell you there’s nothing else they can do about it. This does not make me feel safe about the security of my apartment and my belongings. Fire alarms constantly go off, whether for testing or when they malfunction in the middle of the night, and an entire walkway... on my floor has been blocked for well over a month which raises concerns of fire safety.
Unfortunately, I’m going to have to give this apartment complex a negative review. I’ve tried contacting the office multiple times for multiple issues-- I’ve even visited the office, and still my issues have not been resolved. I’ll consider changing this review if I can finally get some clarification or resolution of these issues.
