Baldwin Harbor

Baldwin Harbor looks great from the outside, but I have experienced many issues since moving in. They constantly need access to your apartment and give extremely vague time frames and information as to why they need to access it, then tell you there’s nothing else they can do about it. This does not make me feel safe about the security of my apartment and my belongings. Fire alarms constantly go off, whether for testing or when they malfunction in the middle of the night, and an entire walkway... on my floor has been blocked for well over a month which raises concerns of fire safety.

Unfortunately, I’m going to have to give this apartment complex a negative review. I’ve tried contacting the office multiple times for multiple issues-- I’ve even visited the office, and still my issues have not been resolved. I’ll consider changing this review if I can finally get some clarification or resolution of these issues. Read More

This property is in a great location but don’t bank on having additional amenities. They don’t tell you the beautiful lobby is closed every night including weekends until after you move in. The TV by the pool and game simulator room have never worked. This would be great amenities to have while living here but I have gotten use to not having them. The package delivery system is confusing. Understandably people are getting more and more deliveries these days so they have you ship packages to... a third party mailing address and then have a vendor deliver the package to your door. It’s different. Not only are your packages not safe when they are left in the hallway but your friends and family have to know to send packages to a different address. Makes it awkward to tell people if they ship you a gift they have to send it to a different address. There is a huge bug problem. It’s either cockroaches or ants, but they do offer treatment every Friday to those who request it. In fact all service requests are answered in a timely manner. Maintenance is great. Good place to live but don’t factor in the amenities or getting packages delivered when justifying the high rent. Read More

We’ve been living here for almost a year and have been dealing with constant cockroaches and silverfish infestations. They have a service that sprays weekly but it hasn’t seemed to help at all (and you need to email them weekly to get on the list!). I could overlook the fire alarms and power going off, lack of a generator, bikes being stolen from the ‘secure’ parking lot, security doors not working, etc, but roach infestations are disgusting and a public health hazard. Property is lovely. Resident for a year. Constant issues with fire alarms, security/door entry system not working properly, and the secured garage not working properly. You pay extra for secured parking that isn't even secured.

This place is a joke. When I visited their website and called they told me they had all of these available apartments in my price range. When I went to visit the apartments, the apartments are probably 1/4 of the way completed with none of the amenities they list on their website, still under construction and at least $400 more than what was quoted on the phone.

None of this suprises me though because it's managed by ZRS who used to manage my current apartment. The best day as a tenant was when... they sold to another property management company.

These folks are complete liars and the apartments are a complete rip off. Do yourself a favor and don't even stop in for a visit. Read More
