Bayfront On Sand Lake is an apartment community in Orlando, FL
They did not build enough parking. No one wants to spend $200+ dollars a month on a garage whereby there is not enough surface parking. Guests have to park in the community form 8:30Am-9pm and then at 9pm must move their car to 1 of 8 parking spaces that are never available. This also means you can NEVER go out at night with your guest as you have a 9pm curfew to get your car back and parked in a spot that won't be available anyway. Even if you do follow all of the insane parking rules you then... get woken up at 2am by the tow trucks loudly banging around as they set off car alarms for HOURS on end. This is a MASSIVE issue with the community and the reason I will not renew my lease. You cannot have guest overnight plain and simple. They need to remedy this situation and create a guest permit system allowing residents guest parking for a certain number of days per month. I lived and several apartments and have never seen such reprehensible policies.

AMAZING
This is one of the best places i've ever lived. I love it here and highly recommend to anyone looking for modern living right in the heart of orlando! The office and maintenance staff are amazing, the apartments are spacious and well lit. 5 out of 5!

Love love LOVE
I came on my lunch break with no appointment Lilian stood up and shook my hand and made me feel so welcome ...in a genuine way. We had an amazing and fun tour came back to the office and met Chris. AMAZING STAFF Lilian and Chris made us feel like we were home already. We ca. Ot wait for our move to Orlando in 2023 because it'll be to Bayfront on Sand Lake without question. Thanks for being amazing yall.

Great Location! Friendliest Staff! Our Fav Choice!
We leased online! Can’t wait to move in and use their GYM! The equipment in there is so complete for what I need to burn & build but, what did it for me is their separate yoga room -wow-has it has The Mirror trainer built into the wall! Yessssss! Also love the pet showers at the pet spa! so cute with its own tiny private steps! Home sweet home here we come! If you are new to the Dr Phillips Sand Lake area like my girl is, these apartments are Brand New, Just minutes away from fun on Idrive or... delicious eateries on “restaurant row”, so we can meet up with our friends or family in no time. Plus, it’s such a short drive to the airport and downtown too! Once we meet the office staff and learn about all the personalized concierge services they offer, we knew why we had to choose this as our future home! Chris and Lilian were so helpful helping us choose the perfect balcony too!
