Roaches & Broken Toilet

Rented a 1bed/2bath for a 12 month lease here. The apartment upon move-in had a broken toilet and was never fixed. About 6 months in, we found a roach that had come through the kitchen and every month we find one; never fixed. We knew coming in there was a tile or two broken, no big deal. Also the power washing crew that came in broke out bathroom window; which was fixed. There is a small lake-side area with a nice view... but it’s covered in sand, cigarettes, and empty beer cans. Hold yourself... to higher standards at this price point. I would not recommend this location and would personally never want to return.
