I do not recommend this place.

To begin with, I was given an apartment that was in poor condition. The closet doors were falling off and it took more than two months for them to be repaired. The cabinet paint was peeling, there were cockroaches, and the cabinets were dirty both inside and outside.

Despite all of that, I did my best to keep the apartment in better condition than the way it was when I moved in.

However, after moving out, I was charged $180 for cleaning because they claimed I... cleaned the apartment myself instead of hiring a professional cleaning company and providing an invoice. On top of that, they are charging me nearly $300 to repaint the cabinets, even though they were already dirty and the paint was peeling when I received the apartment. I even explained that the maintenance team was aware of these issues, but they completely ignored my concerns.

I don't understand how they can charge me for damages or conditions that already existed when they handed me the apartment. At the time, I urgently needed a place to live, so I accepted the apartment without filing a formal complaint. That does not change the fact that these problems were there from the beginning.

Overall, my experience has been very disappointing, and I believe these charges are unfair and unreasonable. I would not recommend living here.

I’ve lived here a couple years now, and things have changed a lot. The office/managers are rather unresponsive to emails and concerns that have been brought up. Management company changed hands earlier this year and that is really when issues began. Now since renewing, extra fees are now being charged that are not in our lease and we did not agree to, which i don't think is legal. Very disappointing as the property and location is great.

Love the size of my apartment. Enjoy the screened in balcony. Like how much closet space there is. Can be noisy depending on location in complex.

I’ve lived here for about 9 months and it’s been a pretty nice experience overall. Every trouble call/work order I had was attended to; however, there were instances of rework. Management is readily available and eager to assist with any concern. The community is kept clean and there are many opportunities for community involvement. Parking has never been an issue, and the amenities are nice as well. I do wish there were more machines in the gym, but what they have is still good.

I love living here. Beautiful grounds and amazing people. Several different units and they are remodeling all of the units. Renewed my lease. Happy to live here.
