Save Yourself the Headache
I should’ve listened to the reviews before moving in. My sister and I lived here and had issues throughout our lease, but the biggest problem came when it was time to move out. We were charged over $2,000 for a security deposit and only got $850 back. They claimed the unit needed “deep cleaning,” that the walls were “beyond repair,” and a bunch of other false claims—despite us thoroughly cleaning and taking care of everything before we left.
Communication was always... spotty and frustrating, and honestly, it’s just way too expensive for what you get. Not worth the stress or the price. Do your research and take the other reviews seriously—we wish we had.
