Customer Service

From the office staff to the maintenance team, you can't go wrong with this community. They are quick to respond in the most efficient and professional way. In one specific time of need, they offered to help with anything they could while I was unable to due to surgery, and I truly felt the care this community has. Amazing place to be!

Excellent move in experience!!

Let me start by saying that I could not live at a better location. I am extremely happy with my decision to apply here. I had a bad experience relocating from another state applied at another location and the photos online are false advertisement compared to when you move in. I came in as walk in at nearly closing time over the weekend in the the pouring down rain and Eliana assisted me with a tour of the model home and rented me a beautiful one bedroom. She made sure all my needs were meet and… went above and beyond for me. I was able to move in under a weeks time while I stayed at a near by hotel. Angel was very helpful call I made to the office. Team worked together to make sure I had a amazing experience moving in. Shanna also helped out and checked in on me the date of move in to make sure the apartment home was to my satisfaction. Date of move in my apartment was in great condition. Everything looked brand new! I would recommend this place to everyone. This team cares about their residents and I am very happy living here. Thank you for saving me from a bad experience at another location.

ok the place is location good, but too pricey !! neighbors banging yelling all night long, when do they ever stop? terrible terrible

Awesome Place to Live

We have been living here for a year and just renewed our lease for another year. Apartments are nice and upgraded, great appliances, in home washer and dryer. The grounds are beautiful with a koi pond, benches, swings and hammocks to relax in. Office and maintenance staff are the best. We love it here.

Awful

Management, fees, noise, maintenance, bugs, FILTHY move-in condition cot the ridiculous price you pay. Don’t sign a lease here, it’s only nice on the surface. There was literal hair painted into the wall in the bathroom, CLUMPS of hair behind the toilet, dirty bathtub, dirty floors and patio. They do the bare minimum.
