This is a great place for an apartment fully furnished also there is great amenities like a pool.There's also a gym.Great location near universal studios and also Disney World, located in the heart of a account.Park very clean very quiet

Worst management. Resembles an AIRBNB. Not safe! Roaches!

Positive: You are in a great area full of fun stuff to do, great places to eat (that all close at 10) and if you work at the theme parks its a great location, if a little noisy.

HOWEVER; The office staff is extremely difficult. We were told we would have a washer/dryer in unit, and when there wasn't one we were basically told "its not our fault, we have a laundry room though." What they also don't inform you is that the laundry room will be locked on a random schedule and there's no way to get... in until an office staff member unlocks it. Also, your laundry card costs $10 to purchase, and a ridiculous amount to reload. It's cheaper to have our laundry picked up, professionally laundered, folded and delivered. On top of the secrets and "I don't care" attitude,The office has the most inconvenient hours (10:00am to 6:00pm), and they're often out before 6:00. How do you expect residents who work a 9-5, or a night shift job to be able to pick up their mail or keep up with the constantly changing, stupid parking policies? We love living here. As they say, location, location, location. We ride our bikes to Universal and Disney Springs, Grocery stores and even Walmart if that is your thing. International Dr is a blast at night. Office staff is awesome. Our dishwasher broke and they replaced it immediately . It is a little older, but its very well maintained and the older construction helps keep the noise down compared to the new places.

We have been living here almost 4 months. The staffs are cordial, knowledgeable and highly skilled. They create a friendly and safe environment.
The rooms have all the amenities needed for a comfortable living and are clean. When maintenance is needed, things are taken care of promptly and professionally. The best of all for me is having my own private washer and dryer.
