    Not your friends

    They have a longer-than-usual required notice period for move out, so if your lease is ending and you're not resigning don't forget to give them written notice 60 days out or they WILL charge you a month's rent and send you to collections.

    Also the water quality is horrible, get ready for itchy showers.

    Hello, most apartment communities in Florida require a 60-day notice to vacate. At our community, we send multiple reminders beginning 90 days before the lease ends to ensure residents are well-informed of this requirement.
    I'm sorry to hear about    … your concerns regarding water quality. This issue had not been previously reported, and I did not find any work orders submitted for your apartment. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to investigate and address any concerns you had.
