IMT Lake House

I’m entering my 3rd year at IMT Lakehouse and love the property and staff. The amenities here are amazing and the building has a presence (if that makes sense). The staff does a great job making the common spaces feel like home & they keep everything up really well (even though we have neighbors who often do not do their part to do the same). My dog is obsessed with his friends in the office - he’s showered with hugs and treats daily! I’m not planning to leave until it’s time to buy a house -… love my apartment, my neighbors and the space. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived at. For the cost of a sizable home mortgage each month, you get a garage gate that has been broken for 4+ months, people pulling fire alarms at all hours of the day (including 2am), outdated/few gym equipment, thin walls/floors, dog owners that apparently don’t pick up any of their dog droppings ever, and an unsafe neighborhood with homeless people on Sand Lake/Turkey Lake on the rise.

Not to mention the constant horrible traffic getting in… and out of this place if you have to get on or off of I4. While I realize that isn’t the apartment’s adult, it’s still a factor in the awful day to day chore of living in this overpriced, poorly managed wreck of an apartment complex.

I’m not sure if these past “glowing” reviews are bots, employees or just prior to IMT taking over in 2021/2022 but do yourself a huge favor and stay away from IMT Lake House. Your hard earned rent money is better spent literally anywhere else. Read More

The staff at IMT Lakehouse is the best. I would like to commend the leasing agents and managers, D Angelo, Angelica, and Renee. They made my move seamless and cut through all the red tape to ensure that I had a stress free and enjoyable move.

The maintenance department specifically Arturo and Ben, have addressed my every need. Even before I moved in, I requested fans be installed in my bedrooms. The maintenance staff promptly installed fans. All other concerns were handled equally… satisfactorily.

I have only been here a few days but I'm very happy with what I have seen so far. The community is friendly and full of life. The amenities are great and numerous, but the true gem at IMT Lakehouse is the staff. Read More
