Lake Margaret Village

Signed something when I moved in saying i don't want them coming in without me knowing. Apparently that doesn't mean anything. Said it was for an "inspection" yet I came home from work to put what they needed to inspect outside so they didn't have to enter while I wasn't there..... Apparently they took it into their own hands to enter my apartment to put the item back inside. But apparently according to then it's my fault for not telling them I would like for them to leave it outside till I get... home... There was nothing on the notice or the text they sent me saying it needed to be put back inside. I tried calling to come to and understanding when I was told she had to go and would call me back in a minute.... It's been 4 hours.... Apparently my safty is not in lake margerat village best interest. Not to mention my rent being raised by 500$ in 2 years.... Would definitely not recommend living here...

Constant a/c problems.
Constant plumbing problems.
Never notifying about certain filters needing to be changed causing mold in my home.

This is a great place to live. The units have recently been upgraded with new kitchen appliances and granite counter tops. The neighbors are all quiet and professional. The property manager -- Gabriella -- is an amazing person with a heart of gold. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's also right in the middle of many historic neighborhoods and central to nearly everything -- only 15 minutes from downtown too!

If a unit becomes available, jump on the opportunity! You won't regret... it!

Was very disappointed on move-in day. Long list of things to fix. While there have been very few improvements, the rent has really gone up dramatically. Current maintenance guy is do or die and the age of the place gives him lots to do. Very few bugs, thank God.

These were built in the 60s and it looks like that's the last time they were renovated. Good luck trying to reach the manager. It took 10 phone calls to even set up an appointment to view the place. After viewing it, I decided I would not live here even if it were my last option.
