Not a good place

Residents are not friendly or clean. The office is not good with communication and help of any sense unit was dirty when I moved in. My porch property was stolen laundry room is messy and machines don’t work half the time anyway. Roaches everywhere. Overall this place is a mess would not recommend.

Sewage constantly floods 2344 first floor

If you move into the building 2344 you will have poop water flood your apartment monthly. The pipes back up it floods your apartment. It will come up through your kitchen sink, kitchen pantry, from under your toilet, and through your bathtub drain. It happens in several buildings on this property. It is a well known issue. When this apartment complex was empty it was not an issue.

I lived for two years and I have no complaints, I was in love with my apartment. Just wanted said thank you the excellent maintenances staff, Thank you so much Fredy for always being at the service and for making us feel at home, good treatment to the tenants, excellent service and humana quality.

There are roaches coming out of the wall sockets and under the front door out of the sink drains

Roaches, roaches and more roaches!! I have lived here for almost 10 months, they have a garbage valet service that doesn't pick up all the trash daily, it sits on peoples porches.They have pest control but they don't fumigate everyone's unit monthly so the Roaches are climbing out of walls sockets, out of flooring and under doors and drains in bathroom sinks. It is disgusting. My neighbors are filthy and you can smell their stench from outside thier door. It only takes 1 filthy tenant to roach… up a village.
