Trash The trash situation is terrible. Taking out the compactor and not fixing it or replacing it has led to residents throwing trash on the ground near it.
The remodel shut down the pool during peak summer usage.it is open now but hasn't been cleaned. I have old cabinets in the kitchen with old laminate peeling off and was told by maintenance I have to live with it. The water pump at the pond is broke and the pond has gross algae and full of trash

Excelente atención, apartamentos lindos y confortables

Fixed kitchen doors. WE need to have the drawers fixed also and need new kitchen cabinets.

Spacious apartments. Conveniently located near major highways and airport. Both office and maintenance staff are SUPER friendly and nice. They weren't as nice before when I first moved in, but they have done a lot of changes during the past year. I haven't had any major issues with my apartment. Amenities could be better, but overall it's a nice place to live and I am happy with the new employees.
