Poorly managed building. Not worth the price at all

Current resident of almost 2 years and this is the most poorly managed building I have ever lived. Definitely not worth the price when there are newer, nicer buildings downtown. Buyer beware: broken elevators constantly, no running water for 24 hours, front door wide open never secure, garage gate hasn't worked for years letting all sorts of unsavory people wander around the parking garage at night, EV chargers ripped out of the ground. I could go on and on and on. Just don't do it.

Horrible Experience

Club Music can be heard in your apartment all night, even on the top floors.
Elevators never work.
Building is Dirty
Packages always lost
Full of Air BnB apartments, like a hotel
Large percentage of residents not on the lease so no background check.

Most residents that have lived there for a while want to leave!

All around Modera Central suits our needs to be within walking distance to work, in a well built apartment, low noise level, close to restaurants and park, great exercise facility, and fabulous pool/ grilling area. The cream on the cake is the concierge service, leasing agents and staff.
