Northlake Park

I called first day Karla was nice and helpful! She walked me through the process and application steps! Then I called and Alexia the property manager answered she was sweet and checked my application status! Hope to hear back soon and to be part of this beautiful community.

I lived at Northlake Park for 3 years, and I must say its the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The amenities and living space were great, but what really sets Northlake apart is the amazing staff. Edna, Jessica, and Shannon were all extremely helpful whenever I needed assistance. They always followed-up in a timely manner,as well made sure I was completely satisfied with the result or answer I was seeking. I couldn't recommend this place more. Truthfully, the website does not do the place justice as the setting (next to a beautiful lake) and apartments look much better in person.

Edna is so amazingly kind and easy to talk to that she comes across more like a friend than a community manager. Shannon, the community director, has been fantastic in helping with small problems (a refrigerator that needed to be replaced) to major questions (like upgrading to a larger apartment). Aroua also has... assisted us in our apartment upgrade and has been extremely helpful. Maintenance is hands down the best we've ever been around -- not only are they warm and friendly when they come around to fix issues -- they're proactive. David comes by monthly and replaces our AC filters without us even putting in a request. I've lived in other places before where you feel guilty asking maintenance to do anything -- you won't feel that way here. The whole group is kind and you'll instantly feel like they're there to help you.

If you're debating between here and another place, my recommendation is to stop in and talk with someone in the office. You'll see the difference in service between here and other places. We moved here from another state a year ago and had to do the whole process blind -- we didn't see this place until we arrived. The other place we looked at literally looked better on the website, but the service was so much better here that we decided to land here instead. Best decision we made. Read More

Great location, beautiful outside and large apartments with garages.

I was accepted to professional school and needed to find a place to live and fast. I rented this apt. sight unseen and strictly on the phone with the excellent office staff.

After reviewing their website and feeling confident that management was aware of my needs, I rented the one bedroom. It was a great decision and I lived here for 2 years. I had no problems whatsoever while living here. The staff was great and any requests made (infrequent maintenance service) was handled promptly,... efficiently and without any hassles. The property was always clean and well kept. I was sorry to leave, but needed to move to another area of FL. I highly recommend Northlake Park Apts!
