Was skeptical after seeing the reviews but theres nothing bad about it. Very quiet complex , good for its price. Been living for about a few months cant complain. There are a few stray cats in the neighborhood but they dont bother anyone they are pretty chill. Would recommend if you are on a budget.

My experience was alright at the start, but my lease was only 9 months long and living there was totally unsafe and a complete inconvenience. For starters, they definitely have a roach and stray cat problem. The ac was always broken and needed fixing (which maintenance will literally come into your house whenever without notice if you submit a work order even if you specify what time you’d like for them to stop by). My floors literally caved in. And get this, when I reported it, apparently this... wasn’t the only apartment with caved in floors and my apartment was neglected until my friend fell through the entire floor at 1am. And then it took them 3 days to screw a huge board over the hole which ended up being a tripping hazard. The landlord refused to compensate me and decided to partially fix the floor without accommodating me so I had no access to my apartment for hours on end and sawdust all over my belongings. Then it’s like oh well let me go and wash my things at the laundry center. Well unfortunately, the laundry center is never opened on time or it’s always closed for maintenance so you don’t even have the convenience of being able to wash your things at this apartment complex. This place is poorly managed! If you’re thinking about moving here, THINK AGAIN. RUN.

No one will answer the phone, you have to stop by in person to speak to someone. I applied for an apartment weeks ago and was told on Monday 12/27 that I was approved. My original desired move in date was 12/27, no big deal, we agreed to Monday 1/3, which is my next day off. I checked online this morning and still do not have a confirmed address and my move in date was changed to Tuesday, 1/4,…..which is a day after my current lease expires! Very unprofessional and zero communication about... what’s going on. Frustrating and stressful!

This place is full of mold. The management sucks and don't answer the phone. Maitenance is Spanish and never fixes anything correctly. I would not recommended this place to my dog and I don't even have a dog. Management is not professional and I wish I could give them zero stars.
