It’s close to UCF and cheaper than most places but still expensive and was dirty and appliances were broken when I arrived. Had to get someone to fix my dishwasher 5 times and it’s still broken

Living at the Pointe has been great! I love the activities and social events that the RAs hold to engage with and connect the residents. The amenities are nice and maintenance always serves us quickly and correctly. One of the more affordable student apartments as well. Definitely recommend.

I think overall it’s pretty decent. The staff in the club house could be better when answering questions. The mail can also be a bit confusing. But overall the place is pretty clean and the maintenance has been very helpful

I think the Pointe at Central needs to fix its cockroach and mold problem. It’s overpriced for the job sues I have encountered. Would not recommend.

The community has activities each month for residents to meet other students and staff members, it is very organized and it is always very pleasant to go to them
