Royal Bay Apartments

I have never rented with them, but I own a property that’s below theirs. They had a leak that was coming from their bath so I notified them. They had one of their guys come with spray paint and caulk and said it was fixed. This was October. They came by basically from October to March doing these cheap repairs while the hole in my ceiling grew. It got to the point where I had to wait for the people upstairs to stop showering so their water wouldn’t leak on me. I had my plumber come and look at... it after almost 5 months of them patching over it. My guy confirmed there was black mold. I went straight to their office where their manager was extremely rude and unprofessional he told me mold was a normal part of older buildings and that I didn’t understand his tenants are being evicted and how this process went. Anyway, they did nothing about the mold or the leak and I went another month living in it. Mid March (initial leak was October) his tenants left and decided to leave all the water running and flooded my Unit as well as his. He did nothing to fix my place until 3/25.
