This place is horrible. They never fix anything even though you are reporting more than 3 times, yet they want to reach out to you THE MINUTE rent is late. There is stray cats that carry fleas and mice everywhere that ironically co-exist. I have been here one year and can wait to move smh

You gone have mold everywhere.
Their maintenance team asks for cash app donations.
They don’t come fix nothing.
They stuff is painted over.
Their phones don’t work.
Their “security” is suppose to be overnight, but he be gone by 12am.
This place is genuinely trash and if you let them play with you that’s exactly what’s going to happen so please if you do live here don’t be scared to advocate for yourself.
They also rotate “property managers” every 60-90 days. So yea this place is not it... it’s cheap but you’re getting exactly what’s you’re paying for. Bare minimum ! Read More
