GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

This place is horrible. They never fix anything even though you are reporting more than 3 times, yet they want to reach out to you THE MINUTE rent is late. There is stray cats that carry fleas and mice everywhere that ironically co-exist. I have been here one year and can wait to move smh

This place is catfish. MOLD, DIRT, LIES

You gone have mold everywhere.
Their maintenance team asks for cash app donations.
They don’t come fix nothing.
They stuff is painted over.
Their phones don’t work.
Their “security” is suppose to be overnight, but he be gone by 12am.
This place is genuinely trash and if you let them play with you that’s exactly what’s going to happen so please if you do live here don’t be scared to advocate for yourself.
They also rotate “property managers” every 60-90 days. So yea this place is not it… it’s cheap but you’re getting exactly what’s you’re paying for. Bare minimum !

Right at home!

The new renovated units are GORGEOUS! Great location at unbeatable prices. The community is well kept, quiet and cozy.

The ladies in the office could not be more welcoming, helpful and professional. From my very first visit ai felt like ai was coming back home to live amongst old friends. They provided us with all the necessary information and were available by
Hone to assist with everything from the application to arranging move in.

You have lots of options when looking for an apartment… community. Why would you chose to spend a lot more money for a lot less satisfaction. stop in for a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Great property and Management team

Great property to be apart of and the property manager Tomasha is very helpful and Daisy is as well. Lots of stores close by. Go check them out if you're looking for a place to move.
