Frequent Car Breaks-Ins

I moved in recently and loved it here at first. However, there have been frequent car break-ins where it is evident that whoever is doing this is attempting to steal the cars as the ignition and steering column are the main evidence. Unfortunately, management does not allow posts in the community about what is happening and is not increasing security measures. There have been 3 impacted cars in two weeks between just my building and the building across from me.

The worst complex I’ve lived in

The WORST place I’ve ever lived. I have MOLD and they told me that they won’t do anything about it other than paint over it. My spouse now gets sick constantly, assumedly from the years of mold they’ve simply painted over without killing. I was also told my unit was completely renovated prior to my move in, but it was clear that the only thing they changed were the appliances- but not even those were installed correctly! My microwave can’t open all the way because they put the hinge DIRECTLY UP… AGAINST THE WALL. The ceiling in the master bedroom is drooping and separating from the wall as well, which looks like severe structural damage. Maintenance assignments are extremely slow and do not tend to solve any issues truly. I’ve had a ticket in for over six months with zero contact. The “amenities” are constantly closed, and they do not take care of overgrown trees, frequently causing damage to cars. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! DO NOT FALL FOR A DISCOUNTED RENT DEAL!!!

Not what it use to be

It was nice when I first moved in but now the new leasing mangement is horrible. My apartment was bug infested and the valet trash would rip the trash bags or spill and wouldnt pick it up. It is almost impossible to get ahold of the leasing office as they state they are always "understaffed" People walk dogs off leash. I do not recomend living here!

A quiet community

I have lived here for three years and have no issues with my small unit. It was clean when I moved in and is easy to keep, and sufficiently large for one or two people. The management is helpful and address questions as promptly as possible. The management also ensure the grounds are adequately kept and tidy. Pests have not been an issue at all for me and the community is generally quiet and safe to stroll about in. The residents enjoy the pool and other amenities.

Professional Staffing

I am a new tenant here and while the property may be older the staff more than makes up for where the property may need some updating. The staff is very attentive, open to suggesstions and are truly trying to polish this property back to it's orginal luster. Emma, Evelyn, Jessica (Asst property mgr) and LuAnn (proepty mgr) are great to work with (see I know them all by name). There are tons of complexes out there but you want to work with people who are willing to work with you. Also, the… valet garbage p/u is 5 days a week. Where do you get such service? Worth the look.
