The only positive thing about this complex is that it is new construction with new appliances. Everything else is overpriced and horrible.

The package room is dirty, constantly over filled, and entirely unmonitored. I have had 2 packages go missing. When I reported the first 1 a couple of months ago, front desk staff casually told me kids had been going in and opening deliveries. Nothing was resolved, and less than two weeks ago, another package vanished. Management completely ignored my emails… regarding the issue.

Ive also never seen them clean. All they do maybe once a month is use the blower in the hall ways. My old complex would clean the floors with soap and water for stain removal. OFC they keep the office clean. Thats where people who are looking to move get their first appearance. Others have also complained and their excuse is maintenance works hard and have too much work. Sounds like you need to hire more people?

Its been months now that their security system which allows people into the building is not working anymore with no ETA on when it will be fixed and the elevator seems to break right around once a month.

Management constantly changes rules without considering residents. For example, trash collection begins at 7:00 PM. Previously, bags could be placed out after 5:00 PM, but now they said it needs to be between 6:00 PM–6:50 PM. If you have to leave your apartment before 6:00 PM, you simply cannot use the service you pay for.

They charge you without communication. I was hit with a trash violation fee for failing to break down a tiny Walmart box (no bigger than a 24 pack of soda). I wasn't notified and only discovered the charge on my account two months later. There was no warning, nothing. Just a random violation i knew nothing about.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear every single step sometimes even conversations or laughter through the walls in the other apartment. Including my upstairs neighbor vacuuming at 11pm. Another noise issue is the wind in the hallways. It can get very loud because they leave the doors open all the time in the hallway.

Given the prices charged here, dirty common areas, unresponsive management, and repeated package theft are unacceptable. I had zero issues living in an older complex, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I cant wait for my lease to be up so i can get out of here. Read More
