Great Complex!

I’ve been here for 3 months! The office staff, complex manger and maintenance have been amazing! I love my new home! The only thing that could make this complex better would be to have it gated or have security at night to keep the rift raf out from the local hotels or random cars coming in to “relieve themselves” all in all I give it a 5/5! Highly recommend!

They HAVE ROACHES

Do not rent this place they have roaches!!!!! And it’s so sad that whole area is disgusting out there

Don’t move here!!! Very dirty full with pest and roaches. New apartments still under construction.

I love it here!

From the move in process to actually moving in Amber made the process easy. She addressed all my concerns and was very prompt with responding. The other office staff and the maintenance personnel are all awesome. The location is great. Close to everything. The units are spacious with great floor plans. The price is right and so far all the neighbors I’ve met and their pets are friendly. I’m a full time student at UCF so this is a easy ride to the school. Happy to be living here
