Great location. Plenty of amenities. Safe feeling. Downside the street traffic noise is terrible you hear it 24/7 along Orange Blossom Trail. Avoid those units unless you can put up with the noise. With your windows closed it sounds like they are wide open allowing all the noise in. Loud trucks buses cars with altered tail pipes and motorcycles you will hear them. A lot of fees also.

Very quick with response for maintenance tickets everyone is nice in the office. the apartment is clean don't have to worry about trash every where no parking issues and they keep the community engaged with different events

We love it here! Super clean, smells fresh, and very quiet community. Huge gym and a beautiful saltwater pool. Love the amenities! Truly!!!!
