I recently relocated to this residence, and I am pleased to observe that the community is exceptionally welcoming. Additionally, having a view of the pool enhances the experience, making each day feel akin to a luxurious hotel stay. I am very enthusiastic about this new chapter. Initially, we encountered difficulty finding our unit and expended considerable effort on the first day; however, it has now become remarkably simple. The surroundings are simply breathtaking. Regarding the heated pool,... I need to say no more.

We love our new home, it's beautiful and the community staff is amazing. Luis went above and beyond on our move in day. There are so many things near by that make this location extremely convenient. The community is very calm and we love it so far.

Honestly, it costs too much for what it is. The fire alarm going off at different times in the middle of the night is not it. My boyfriend lived there when we first started dating (in 2023) and I would visit/spend the night. A year later, (in 2024) I was put on the lease and since the moment I have visited him up until now living together, the alarm has gone off a handful of times. Ya'll need to figure out a better system or company for it. Some of us have kids and jobs that we have to wake up... early for. It's a huge inconvenience. Don't get me starting on the parking situation in the garage. There have been many times people who DO NOT have a parking pass have followed me in. Then there's the work orders. In the beginning you guys were on top.of it. Now, it takes days before you get to it, if it even gets done at all. You close the order without the problem being resolved.
