Moving into The Majestic at Downtown Baldwin Park was an amazing experience! The leasing team made the entire process seamless, special shoutout to Jamie. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and great views. The amenities are top-notch, including a great pool and fitness center. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Baldwin Park, with easy access to great dining, shopping, and parks. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here and highly recommend The Majestic to anyone… looking for luxury, convenience, and a great community!

I love this community!

I’ve been a resident at The Majestic for the past two years, and I’ve had a great experience. The property has an overall welcoming atmosphere. The management team is always professional and responsive to any questions or maintenance requests. I also appreciate the convenience of the location—it's just a walk to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

The community here is fantastic; my neighbors are friendly, and there are regular social events that really foster a sense of connection.… Overall, I’m very happy with my living experience, and I would highly recommend The Majestic to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I’ve had the pleasure of living at The Majestic for 4 years, and I’ve been very impressed with the experience.

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping, and dining options. The customer service, maintenance responsiveness, pools & gyms and overall environment have been an excellent addition to my lifestyle.

Refuse to return security deposit

Challenging place to live. No trash service must take garbage down the elevator to dumpster. Elevator broken often. Upon moving out refuse to return deposit chasing it for six months already.

RUN FAR FAR AWAY

Horrible place to live. Would not recommend to anyone. My ceiling leaked for 9 months before it was fixed (only due to it caving in). There was mold for the longest time and when asked about rent reduction due to the literal hole in my ceiling I was told to contact my renters insurance. Wish I had never moved in.
