It is a 2 because of the extreme increase in rent and the decrease in amenities. The trash that gets built up outside of the often non-functioning trash compactor.

I am loving my new home. Mara was excellent when we arrived asking for information.
I love this community and hope to make great memories. I love how spacious my apartment is and the lighting in. It is just was what we were looking for.
The extra space on parking lot and really nice and friendly neighborhood.

Great location, easy access to the Orlando area and Disney. Awesome school district, local parks with playgrounds, soccer fields, and several different types of courts. Lots of local amenities, wildlife, and events.
