I live at the parkway at hunters creek and love it! The office staff Mara, Thomas and Marta. are very kind considerate and helpful in the best ways possible as well as Kathy the property manager, they truly all go out of their way to help you the best way they are able, also they take a lot of time to offer many different events for both the adults and the kids on a regular basis. It’s very clean and well kept the maintenance team is always right there at a moments notice to fix or correct... whatever may need fixing no matter what day it is! My only concern as with all apartments for rent is the cost and price here is most reasonable I have found especially for what they offer but I cannot afford to pay any higher rent either so hopefully they will take all that into consideration and lower our rents a bit and or not raise them so we can afford to eat and buy groceries especially for us elderly on fixed incomes it becomes quite scary, but other than that I wouldn’t want to live any where Read More

Overall I love living here, but the maintenace is a bit slow and can take a while for smaller tickets (but they handle emergencies and bigger tickets VERY quickly). The area is starting to look a little run down (low lakes, fountains not functioning, broken signage and windows). I do with they had rent rate locks when you renew, but overall it is a great place to live. The staff is amazing and helpful.

I would give it 5 stars, but I have a disappointment. Although the community feels safe, my apartment is lovely and cozy, parking stinks. For the amount of money being paid to live here, they do no regulate parking and I think they should. It's first come first serve and I don't agree with that. If that could change, I would consider renewing my lease.
