The staff here is so friendly and knowable. The amenities are great and the location omg the location is great. Right next to downtown avalon with all the shops etc. It's so close to my kid school that he can walk there. I love this place

This place is very quiet and I love it. There is no loud banging music on the unit or the vehicles or loud neighbors. Everybody is super friendly. The amenities are really nice and they are being upgraded. This is a wonderful place to live.

This apt complex is excellent to live in. It's on a really nice neighborhood close to everything. the apts are really nice and the staff is amazing.
