The worst move in experience

I move in the fall of 2022 with 3x3. The unit is horrible, filthy, and covered with dust. Bugs, ants and spiders all over. Broken light in the kitchen. The floor had white paint everywhere. Wall is dirty without being repainted. Find many roaches in the kitchen/ my bedroom and living room. Screen doors have ripped. My toilet leaked. Call for pet control.. Not show up until 2 weeks later. Overall.. Not worth your money. I Super regret moving in. Find elsewhere for a better price with better... service.

Bugs and filth

Just moved in. Lots of live ( biting ) bugs, hair in sink, floor, bathtub. Furniture dirty / disgusting, as is floors. Apartment not as advertised/ marketed. Maintanance - management is slow / unresponsive. Students / service / safety not important to this company or local leadership.

I've lived here for years and I love it

I have lived at Knightshade (formerly Retreat) since I was a sophomore in college (I am a senior now). I am glad that I have had this experience throughout college, I have met met my girlfriend and someone of my best friends here. The cottage style of living is very suited to whatever lifestyle you desire, having parties with friends or having a house to decorate and hang out at. The management staff has always been respectful, but I really do appreciate the new management under Cardinal, I am... excited to see what the new year brings!

Great staff!

I have toured multiple properties in the area and Knightshade by far has the best staff to work with. They respond to calls and emails quickly and when I ask questions, they always take the time needed to explain so I understand their responses.
