The front office workers are incredibly rude and lack basic customer service skills. The landscaping is poor and sporadic with no set schedule, making it impossible to work from home. There is dog shot everywhere- the few people who clean up after their dogs put it in the bin but the maintenance rarely dumps them. They send emails constatly to tenants threatening fines for decorating outside our homes at the holidays, for writing "graffiti" with chalk, or for installing a ring doorbell.

Living at the Trade winds in the metro West area has been the mist I' be spent at a residence. Ever since college I've never lasted more than a year at a place but I'm less than 6 months away for it to be three years since I've moved into the trade winds. Its very safe and quiet. The amenities include 2 pools, a volleyball area, in house station to clean your car, a beautiful pavilion and summer kitchen for outdoor parties, 24 hr man security, a gym, and many more. I live in Tradewinds, less then one year I have had water problems four different time. I'm talking about major water problems, like my roof came down one of the four times. They keep on saying they fix the problem, but to me they are only doing patch work. The last time I had water problems, I had to go stay in a hotel for ten days. When I came back to my apartment then had bed bugs. They told me I must have brought them back from the hotel because their workers didn't bring them in.
