Fantastic property and amazing staff.

Absolutely great location. I've been at this property for a couple of months now and it meets all of my needs. The community is very safe and quiet, and the staff is exceptional. The assistant property manager Abram is the most helpful and knowledgeable manager I've ever had the pleasure of working with of any community I've lived at. He's been extremely timely and organized; I get the feeling he really cares about the happiness and comfort of his residents on property. This property is… definitely one of the best here in the Orlando area! The new update with the pool was very impressive and the community loved the summer party that the staff had for us residents.

Think Twice before you sign.

If you want to live in an unsafe environment, surrounded by trash, beer cans and bottles, overnight parties, awful neighbors, disrespectful staff, NOISE, car dealers, drug dealers, prostitution, pot smoking,… This is your place to be.

Not to mention the lack of parking spaces, lack of security, a poor landscaping, amenities were closed for more than a year, and now open during office hours only, and the multiple hidden fees you will have to pay monthly.

Don't move here

Trash and gates stay broken. Cameras don't function so no security. Staff are a nightmare and can barely function. All around a travesty for the price. Not to mention that it'll increase every year.
