The neighborhood is great, the 10X staff friendly, and the Saturday resident mixer's are fun! Its close to everything, even the beach is only 15 minutes away.
Definitely, renewing again.

I love my apartment and the community it’s very well kept and neighbors are great and friendly!I wish it had a dog bath area . It’s very safe here which is very important living by myself.

I just moved in a couple of days ago and I feel like I’ve been living here longer. The community is nice. The staff is amazing. I am so glad that out of the many apartments I could’ve chosen. that I chose 10 X.

We've been loving it here for 3 years. The staff are friendly and courteous. Reasonable service calls are answered quickly through the new web portal. The gate has been breaking less and even the pool got some love. Buildings are a bit on the older side but a bit more spacious.

Great place to live for a fair price. Valet trash in convenient, outdoor pool and grilling area is beautiful. Their only setback is the fitness center is lacking.
