Bermuda Estates at Ormond Beach

I moved in to a 2 bedroom 2 bath Apt in August 2021. The staff was rude. Even though I had 50,000 in the bank they would not rent to me because I came to Florida without a job. I explained I was an RN and would be getting a job as soon as I was settled. That wasn't good enough. I went back to NY and got a job through facetime. I faxed them a letter of intent to hire so they said OK. I arrived in Florida the apartment I rented had 2 bedrooms with on suite bathrooms. So if you had company... they had to walk thru one of the bedrooms to use the bathroom. One should have been in the hall. They have this strange way of collecting garbage they give you a garbage can outside your door and collect it every other day. I did a big cleaning and had 2 extra bags of garbage. The next day there was a note on my door that I had 2 bags over the limit and would have to pay over a 200 dollar surcharge. WHAT???? I went to the office thinking this was a mistake no they threatened to evict me if I didn't pay . 2 years ago it was impossible to find an Apt so I paid. When my lease was up they wanted to raise my rent 200 a month. Luckily I was on a list for a different complex so I moved. I am now living in a much nicer complex rent is almost 400 dollars cheaper and you just throw your garbage in the many dumpsters in the complex. One more thing Bermuda Estates is full of cockroaches my ex husband still lives there and my son found roaches in his Keurig, pizza box and in the kitchen by the sink. Luckily I never found any. My ex,'s neighbor found roaches in her box of cereal. Gross. For the expensive rent they charge they need to do better. I see they have a lot of vacancies due to all the apartments being built. The experience we had with Bermuda Estates was beyond satisfactory! The staff goes above and beyond for your every need. From the beginning, they were so helpful getting us in the unit. The grounds are kept beautifully, and the the units totally up to date. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly.

Been living here since Aug 2019 in the 2 bd with Solarium, we can confidently say that we wouldn't live anywhere else in the area. We did lots of apartment hunting for two months last year before choosing this place, trust me when I say that you can't find a better location for the price and square footage. Save yourself the work and come see this place. All three leasing agents are friendly and efficient, management is great. Pet friendly with lots of pet waste stations. We will be moving to Bermuda estates in July and we can not wait!! office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! cant wait to move in!!

I have lived here for 1.5 years. It's a great place to live. Very quite. When you need something done from the maintenance people they are "very" quick to respond and are very personable and professional. I have only good things to say about my living here.
