Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and noise should be kept to a minimum. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). A pet fee of $60 applies for pets under 100 lbs, and $250 for stays of 1+ month for extra cleaning and bedding changes.
