Good community with great amenities

I have been living here for an year. Fantastic amenities including pickleball and a nice gym. Nicole from the leasing office was very helpful in my renewal process.

Great Location

We love this location. The pool always has available seating, you can grill out and on the rare instances where multiple people grilling the same day, you can use other grills, but most of the time, the community just bonds and shares the grills and hangs out together. The staff is very responsive and Nicole is always on top of any unique requests and is extremely responsive.

Nicole from the leasing team has been so helpful and kind from the start. I have bombarded her with questions, and she answers all of them thoroughly. Everyone else I’ve chatted with from management has been super friendly as well. Maintenance is reliable and so quick to respond to requests. Communication with residents is top tier. There’s a great balance between keeping residents informed without over-communicating.

Very nice property to live at!

The location is great and close to lots of stores plus the highway which makes the commute anywhere pretty good. The staff including Nicole were all very nice as well. I’ve been enjoying my time living here!
