Welcome... to 206 Brackenwood Terrace affectionally known as 206. This home has been in the family since it was built in 1981. Throughout the 40+ years this home has brought our family, extended family, and friends much joy, laughter, and fun. We are glad you are here, and we hope you enjoy your accommodations.

About us
Tracy and Joe moved to Palm Beach Gardens full time from Roswell, GA in April of 2016. Joe is originally from Toledo, Ohio and Tracy from Ringgold, Georgia. We currently reside in PGA National and are about a 10-minute walk to 206. We have 3 children. Lauren is an actress and is Occupational Therapist living in Palm Beach Gardens. Abigail is an interior designer for Marc-Michaels in Palm Beach Gardens; Connor, Abigail’s twin, is a pilot for the USAF.
206 is located in the Golf Villas of PGA National. PGA National is a safe and gated community and is patrolled by security This condominium has been completely updated in 2019. The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, smart TV with a voice remote, walk-in shower, and access to the wrap around screen balcony. Living room is professionally appointed with high end furnishings, smart TV with voice remote, and access to the wrap around balcony through the sliding glass doors. Kitchen has all new cabinets; quartz countertops; appliances which include refrigerator, dish washer, convection oven, washer & dryer; and all furnishings. Kitchen is also open to dining area and living room. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV and al walk in closet. Guest bathroom has a tub & shower combination. Home is available from October 1st to December 28th. Minimum lease period is 1 week. There is a mandatory Florida tourist fee of 13% added to all leases under 6 months. This fee is collected by the owner and paid directly to the county and the state.
