The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, a 50-inch smart TV, dresser with mirror, bedside lamps, an overhead fan, and a large closet with ample storage space. The second bathroom, with a bathtub, is located next to the second bedroom. A travel cot and a pack 'n play with a highchair are available for use in either bedroom. The living room features a large comfortable sofa with a chaise, which also serves as a queen-size sofa bed, a 65-inch smart TV, and board games. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, cookware, dishes, plastic crockery for outdoor use, kids' sets, utensils, a Keurig coffee machine, and a kettle. A dedicated work desk with USB sockets is available for charging devices. The interior dining area next to the kitchen has a 6-person dining table. All persons using the pool and hot tub do so at their own risk. Children should not use the pool or hot tub without adult supervision. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and kitchen oven after each use and before check-out. If the grill or oven is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit.
