Indoor smoking and fireworks are prohibited, and smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations.
