I had to give one star because I can't go lower. Awful. Unless you're one of the "Favorites" in the community you have to realize that there is a two tier rule system. If management doesn't like you, nothing will improve. If management does like you, you can break all the rules you want without any repercussions. No one picks up after themselves. Trash gets thrown in the grass, parking lot and tenant access locations, cigarette butts everywhere. You're not to work on cars in the parking lot,... but everyday someone is working on their car. Tenant rules are broken all the time, no respect by tenants for the next door or bottom floor tenants. Kids vandalize cars and then we're told to call the police and handle it ourselves and any damage to put in an insurance claim because management isn't responsible for it.
