This fully private, independent, and highly sanitized guesthouse/studio features a full-size bed, cable TV, a closet, and a full private bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, single burner, sink, and a dinette area. Complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided, along with starter paper towels/napkins, a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and a clothing rack dryer.
Private driveway parking for one vehicle is available. A 15% discount is offered for monthly stays.
This centrally located residential area is a prime spot for exploring the Keys, Everglades, Shark Valley, Brickell/Downtown, beaches, and Wynwood. Enjoy a 5-10 minute walk to shops, grocery stores, malls, restaurants, and bus stops. Coral Reef Park is within walking distance, and The Falls Shopping Mall, Matheson Hammock Park and Marina, Charles Deering Estate, Thalatta Estate, Coconut Grove, and Miami Zoo are a short drive away. Palmetto Golf Course is also within walking distance.
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and before 10:00 pm. Check-out is any time before 10:00 am. Guests remaining on premises after 10:00 am will be charged for an additional day/night. This is a drug-free property and neighborhood; smoking of cigarettes is permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area. No pets are allowed. Smoking inside the studio/house is prohibited, but permitted outside the front door with the door closed. Guests are asked to dispose of cigarette butts properly. Peer-to-peer and downloads of copyrighted material are strictly forbidden. Guests are not allowed to conduct any business, sales, or services on the property. Guests are asked to treat the home carefully, pick up after themselves, dispose of trash, and follow house rules. Please do not eat or drink on the bed, and do not place luggage, shoes, or anything that might stain the bed or furnishings. Please clean up after yourself, especially the kitchen area and trash, before leaving the property or going to bed. To prevent plumbing issues, please place leftover food, toilet paper, and sanitary napkins in the provided sanitary bin. Guests are asked to turn off the air conditioner, lights, and TV when leaving the studio. This property is not suitable for people over 225 lbs. Guests are asked to be kind and respectful with neighbors and the neighborhood. Please wear a shirt, bottoms, and shoes when leaving the private driveway area. Quiet hours are observed after 9:00 pm. Exterior is monitored by security cameras. If the studio's front door key is lost, guests will be charged $250 for lock replacement. Guests must ensure they have all personal belongings when checking out. Repairs, upgrading, maintenance, or construction may occur on weekdays during working hours. Landlord/owner/host is not responsible for any accidents happening on the property. The studio does not have access to the pool area.
