A rental agreement requiring a credit or debit card on file to protect against damages must be completed. This is a no-pet, no-smoking, no-vaping, and no-marijuana property. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over 18 will need to submit a government-issued ID at the time of booking, and the trusted partner is legally required to keep these IDs and the names and ages of all occupants on file. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods (March 1 – Memorial Day and other dates as determined by the city). During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one person 25 years of age for every two persons under 25 years of age. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00 pm, including parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under 18 must also be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00 pm to 5:00 am within city limits. No more than two minors can accompany one parent or adult guardian. Violation of this ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. If the registered guest booking and occupying the apartment is not 25 years of age or older, or if the apartment is booked with the intention of allowing under 25-year-old friends or family to occupy it without the registered guest's presence, the reservation will be canceled, and occupants will be evicted with no refund.
