The registered guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent and occupy this property. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Our trusted partner is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach and to obtain the names and ages of all occupants. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 to Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00 pm, including parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must also be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00 pm to 5:00 am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach, including sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, and public parks. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of this ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. If the registered guest booking and occupying the condo is not at least 25 years of age or older, or if the property is booked with the intention of allowing under 25 years of age friends or family to occupy it without the registered guest's presence for the duration of the reservation, the reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and canceled. If the registered guest informs the partner within 15 days prior to arrival that they, as the 25 or older person, will not be able to come and only under 25 years of age people will occupy the property, the reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and canceled. If the registered guest books the property and does not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, the reservation will be canceled, the occupants will be evicted, and no refund will be received. These acts are considered booking under false pretenses and will not be tolerated. The registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card to be put on file to protect the home against damages.
