This apartment comfortably sleeps six guests. Please note that Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, which may be loud and disruptive, with noise occurring from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
This apartment offers gorgeous gulf and pool views from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen through extra-large windows and patio doors. Enjoy these views from the extra-large balcony, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing while listening to the waves. The living room features a 100-inch TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa, perfect for two. The fully stocked kitchen, adjoining the dining area and living room, has stainless steel appliances with a pantry, a bar with seating for four guests, and a dining table that seats four. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with its private bathroom, which includes a shower and tub combination. Down the hallway, you'll find a set of twin and full bunk beds, ideal for younger guests, with an attached full bathroom featuring a walk-in stand-up shower.
Guests pay the resort a one-time registration fee of $85 for one parking permit and six property wristbands. The resort offers a 14,000 square foot lagoon-style pool, a large hot tub, fountains, lounge chairs, a tiki bar, a snack bar, a brand new fitness center with 24-hour access, an oversize hot tub, a heated indoor pool and hot tub, beach activities and rental services including jet skis, chair and umbrella rentals, and banana boat rides, parasailing, a covered parking garage, complimentary Wi-Fi, BBQ grills, a picnic area, a tiki bar and grill, and a pizza and ice cream bar in the lobby.

Arrival is easy with no waiting lines to check-in; drive up to the 3rd floor of the parking garage to your reserved parking spot, walk directly to your room, and enter your door code to check in. This is a no-pets and no-smoking property. The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years old, and a rental agreement requiring a credit or debit card on file must be completed. This property does not cater to college spring break rentals. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Our trusted partner is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach and to obtain the names and ages of all occupants, regardless of age. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 to Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one person 25 years of age for every two persons under 25 years of age. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00 pm, including parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00 pm to 5:00 am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach, including sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, and public parks. No more than two minors can accompany one parent or adult guardian. Violation of this ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. Our trusted partner requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older, with no exceptions. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book with the intention of allowing under 25 years of age friends or family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and canceled. If you book this property as the 25 years of age or older person and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses and will not be tolerated, and will be reported to the booking platform you used, with further penalties or consequences potentially arising from that platform. This policy is effective beginning March 14, 2023.
