This place does have gates; however, they never close, allowing anyone to come and go as they please. Management is a joke, breezeways in buildings are filthy, and there is a constant trash problem at the community dumpster across from the office. I would suggest, keep looking.

We toured several apartments communities . This one was the best one we looked at . I can’t wait to live here. The ladies in the office are amazing

Only live here if you need a roof over your head
Lived here 2021-2024. Paying far too much for too little here. Don’t let the nice pictures fool you. -Not a quiet community. Lots of loud neighbors in units and out, engine revving, speeding in complex, road rage in complex, horn honking, loud music from parking lot and inside neighboring units. - Lots of crime lately, including a shooting that resulted in one person dead (august 2024) and frequent illegal drug use -No courtesy officer (when they lost the one they had, they didn’t notify... residents with regard to safety protocol changes) - False advertisement as a gated community - front entrance gate hasn’t worked in 4 years, always open to everyone. Management always says it’ll be fixed soon - never has been or will be fixed. - People leave trash in bins for long periods of time or let them leak (stink and stain). Stairwells and breezeways are overly stained and dirty. - Residents don’t pick up poop after their dogs - Trash collection is from 8-10 pm, very noisy - High turnover in leasing office leading to poor communications. - No communication in the change to use a utility servicing company that lead to an increase in expenses from residents - Gym is not 24/7 - limited hours and very small. - Pool is closed due to maintenance issues more than it is open for use.
