STAY AWAY

Seriously, I am about to start piling my trash at the front office and let them deal with it. The residents here pay for trash pick up and it is constantly sporadic on whether or not it actually gets picked up. Currently, the trash can that is outside my apartment has been full for 5 days and has not been picked up.
Second, the pest issues in this place is absolutely atrocious; to the point nothing seems to get it under control. I have tried all measures between baits, traps, diatomaceous earth,… and other avenues to get it handled. It is a never ending battle; no matter how much I complain to the front office. I am half tempted to get as many roaches in a box and deliver it to them personally so we can share this struggle.

Don’t Believe what you read

This place does have gates; however, they never close, allowing anyone to come and go as they please. Management is a joke, breezeways in buildings are filthy, and there is a constant trash problem at the community dumpster across from the office. I would suggest, keep looking.

Dishwasher

Excellent services quick and efficient, the dishwasher was changed in less than 5 days. Installation of the new one was perfect

Love this Place!!!!!

HUGE apartments, great location, pet friendly, great prices, cute office staff, cool neighbors... perfect place to live. Highly recommend this place!
