A $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkouts may result in additional charges. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. Repeat violations or excessive noise complaints may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund.
