This home is meant for families and friends looking to be under one roof (well, actually two roofs since there are two homes on the property).

Oversized deck! Enjoy the gulf front view from either the main oversized deck or from the 2nd level deck.
Did I mention the lighted courtyard between the two houses? That's right. The courtyard is lit at night so you may enjoy the nighttime events such as wedding, receptions, or even just plane fun with corn hole or place for the little ones to run.

Unlike many houses that have parking situations, this house does not. It can easily accommodate the 6-8 cars that would be at the house.

100% pet friendly. We allow pets. We charge a $159 one time pet fee per pet.

We are located just down the street from Pier Park.

Guest House has a 2nd full bathroom for the common area

Beach towels, and beach chairs are available for guest to use.
