This property is dog-friendly with pre-arrangement and owner approval, allowing a maximum of 2 pets per stay with a non-refundable pet fee of $175 for each animal, up to 2 dogs with a maximum weight of 50lbs per dog. Guests must provide a picture of the dog, a copy of the dog's current rabies vaccination, and a copy of the veterinarian record showing the dog's weight. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets and for picking up all pet droppings, with an extra cleaning fee starting at $250 if feces and/or urine are found and cleaned at departure. Pets must be on a leash when outside and are not allowed on PCB beaches except at the "pet-friendly beach" by Pier Park, with a fine automatically imposed if caught with a pet on the beach.
