Excessive sand in the condo will result in a $250 additional fee. Beach gear is never to enter the home and should be rinsed off and placed into the outer storage closet. There is a strict no-smoking policy on the balcony, and security will impose fines if you are caught smoking there. Do not take bath towels to the beach as beach towels are provided.
