Mail cannot be shipped to the property. Guests must be 25 years or older to book, with a parent or guardian present if under 25. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture. Cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for pickup. Failure to return trash cans may result in an HOA citation. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Any belongings left behind will incur a minimum fee of $25 plus shipping costs if returned.
