The registered guest must complete a rental agreement requiring a credit or debit card on file to protect against damages. Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival require a credit card and matching ID on file, otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and refunded. No pets are allowed. Our partner strictly enforces the 25+ age policy for the registered guest booking and occupying the condo. Violations, such as booking under false pretenses or allowing underage occupants without the registered guest's presence, will result in cancellation fees (50% or 100% depending on timing) and potential eviction without refund. These actions will be reported to the booking platform.
