A private parking space is included on the same floor as the condo. A $90 registration fee is required on-site for two parking permits and eight property wristbands. Wristbands grant access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beach.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted in the condo; any violation will result in a $1000 fine. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID at the time of booking. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian after 10:00 pm on property and during curfew hours of 8:00 pm to 5:00 am within city limits.
