They are really great with accommodating military. I’ve been here since 2017. If you have problems they are willing to help accommodate you in anyway they can. If you’re active duty this is the best place to stay.

Have been having AC issues, previous management had these issues fixed immediately I reported this on 1/14/20 was given the run around. Then told on the 16th a part was ordered and they would be there to fix the issue on the 17th a Friday. I came home nothing had been repaired and of course the front office had left early that day. Mlk day approached maintenance knocked asking about my ac and me having “Heating” problems. I never told them I had heating issues only AC he said the other… maintenance man would be by later that day to fix it and that it probably just needs recharging. Thy never came back. Then I get told a couple days later that I need a whole new AC system and will be waiting for that as well. I have left several voicemails in an attempt to be updated about what’s happening since the 17th I have to call the office Upwards of 30 times for them to answer all of what I’m saying can be backed up with my call log. I spoke about pro rating my rent for these issues and was offered 50$. This is unacceptable and I’ll make sure everyone knows this. I’ve worked property management for one of the top rated condos on the beach and never once have I let a resident have to call 30 times to get an update on issues within their condo. Nor did I ignore several voicemails about needing to be updated. Several of those days I didn’t need ac but for a solid week I did. I have dogs in the house. New property management company royal america that took over our property sucks. They are not willing to work with hard working people. I usually can't pay rent in the first week because of when I'm paid and how my other bills sit for the month, but no later than the second week. I'm am now being charged a $125.00 late fee, and if you're late 3 months, they will not accept rent the 4th month. I make enough to cover my bills. I am one of few in this resort town to have a steady full time year… round job, but yet they can't work with me. I can not afford 125 extra a month. Instead they push me and my family out, to move new renters. Hope the new renters have a good job for the off season. Read More
